However at the proved claims such information leaves from the SITE as it is possible in shorter term even without the consent of the CLIENT.
  2. The SITE does not carry the responsibility for the CLIENT if he/she has placed the information About others (not him) firms which did not allow on it of the consent. However at reception of the proved claim the SITE has the right to remove such information even without the consent of the CLIENT.

In doubtful cases the SITE will verify this address with the address on a site of the company and will send inquiry on Confirmation to address of the company with a copy of the letter of the CLIENT.
  4. The CLIENT placed in the catalogue, can inform the SITE in written form (e-mail) about change of the information on his firm or about removal of record about firm from catalogues. For this purpose the code of registration of firm and a code of the access (username and password), entered by the client can be demanded at registration.
  5. The CLIENT himself carries out registration or removal of products of his firm in a online mode on a server.
